SUMMARY:Taller: cuidadores de personas mayores
DESCRIPTION:La Mancomunidad de Servicios Sociales THAM ha programado este taller destinado a todas aquellas personas cuidadores de familiares con dependencia. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n  \nEl taller se impartirá semanalmente y es gratuito. En él aprenderemos a afrontar la tarea de cuidar con mayor fortaleza emocional\, a comprender la enfermedad de nuestro familiar y a generar un espacio de respiro emocional\, encuentro relacional y ayuda mutua. \nEl taller constará de 6 semanas y podrá ser online o presencial. Se impartirá los miércoles\, del 20 de noviembre al 15 de enero de 11:00 a 12:30 h. \nLas inscripciones se pueden realizar en este enlace. \nMás información en Servicios Sociales de Alpedrete\, calle Pozo Nuevo\, s/n.
